Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to announce an enhancement to our West Coast South America (AX4) service, reinforcing our commitment to expanding and strengthening our network coverage across Latin America and Asia.
Effective April 2026, the AX4 service will be upgraded to include the following additional ports:
Eastbound
●Qingdao, China
●Ensenada, Mexico
Westbound
●Callao, Peru
●Ecuador

Please be advised that ONE has completed a review of the ONE Bunker Surcharge (OBS) tariff. The revised OBS tariff will take effect on Apr 1, 2026. The tariff will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

The new level will be applicable across all trade lanes and services and will be valid till further notice.

Due to the exceptional operational and security challenges in the Middle East region,
including the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz, Ocean Network Express (ONE) has
implemented contingency measures across the affected routes, including alternative routings
and operational adjustments, to prioritize safety and maintain continuity of service.

Due to the ongoing situation in the Red Sea and Middle East, industry-wide disruptions continue, including delays and congestion at affected ports. To ensure we can continue meeting customer needs and maintain service continuity in the region, despite the increased direct and indirect operational costs, Ocean Network Express (ONE) is implementing an Emergency Surcharge (EMS).
