CA (CONTROL ATMOSPHERE) BREAK FEE PAYMENT POLICY FOR SHIPMENTS INTO JAPAN

ONE would like to announce that with effective date 1st of January 2019 the Controlled Atmosphere
(CA) Break Fee charge will be billed directly by the terminal to the consignee for all CA shipments into
Japan. Effective date is based on Japan arrival date.

For cargoes subject to quarantine inspection, terminal will proceed CA break even without the
notification from consignee in order to prioritize the safety of engaged workers as well as the swift
execution of inspection. However, please be noted that CA break fee will be charged to the consignee together with the
quarantine inspection fee.

Lastly, please contact directly to the respective terminal in case CA break is required for cargoes
which are not subject to the inspection.

The summary is as follows:

1. CA break fee will be charged to consignee from terminal, and carrier has no involvement in this
settlement.
2. CA break will be conducted for the cargoes subject to quarantine inspection even without the
notification from consignee.
3. CA break will be executed by consignee and in case CA break in terminal is required, please contact
terminal.
4. CA break fee is not inclusive in ocean freight.
5. This will be applicable from 1st of January 2019 on Japan arrival basis.
