We would like to inform you that as of today, October 28th, we offer you a new Cargo Claims feature on our ONE Latin America website. You can now submit your requests directly via the Cargo Claim Form (Damages and Shortages), enabling streamlined communication with the responsible team, enhancing service efficiency, and delivering increased transparency in each case.

HOW TO ACCESS

Click here or access the ONE Latin America's website, select the Latin America menu and search for the Cargo Claim Form (Damages and Shortages)

We emphasize that Cargo Claims must be sent to the port of discharge/place of delivery.
