ONE participates in the Global Cherry Summit 2024

Ocean Network Express (ONE) took part in the Global Cherry Summit 2024 in Chile, consolidating its participation in the world's most important event of the cherry market. The fair, held annually, is known for bringing together the world's leading experts and companies in the sector, with more than 1,000 participants and 70 exhibitors, providing information on the global development of the commodity.

In the last cherry season (2023/2024), ONE shipped 30,100 tons on the ALX1 service, which connects Chile to Asia. Faced with the sensitivity of the cherries during transportation, ONE implemented strategic changes, including a temporary rotation of ports and a faster sailing speed, carrying out the transport between Valparaiso and Hong Kong in 22 days. These measures reflect the company's commitment to the perishables sector and its ability to adapt to new challenges.

ONE stands out for having the fourth largest fleet of reefer containers, characterized by its advanced technology and focus on solutions for transporting perishable products. The COOLXTEND CA+ and COOLXTEND CA atmosphere control systems are essential, making it possible to increase the shelf life and preserve the quality of fresh produce, thus making it easier for customers to expand into new markets. In addition, the company is investing in the integration of remote monitoring devices throughout its fleet, providing total visibility of cargo and further optimizing operations.

ONE would like to express its gratitude to all the customers and partners who came to its stand during the fair, strengthening successful collaborations.
