UPDATE#7 NOTICE OF LOW WATER SURCHARGE (LWS) UPDATE

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs. Please be informed that due to the slower-than estimated decrease in water levels on the Amazon River, we are postponing the implementation of the Low Water Surcharge (LWS) from September 15th to October 15th, 2025.

The LWS will be applicable to/from Brazil (Manaus and Porto Velho Ports) due to the actual drought situation which is reducing the water level in the Amazon River. The temporary surcharge will be applied across all trade lanes and services and will be valid until further notice.

FMC regulated trades*, Canada: Oct 15th, 2025
