NEW EXPORT BLS RELEASE INSTRUCTION MODE

ONE Customer,

As ONE, we continue working to find the best solutions for your business, optimizing processes and time; therefore, as from January 02, 2025, your requirements on release of Export shipments must be made through the ONE Chat service channel by entering the option: Export > Export Documentation > Release Instruction, where you can write your request and send any attachments if necessary.

Once your message has been sent, you will receive your “Case Number”, a unique code that will allow you to track your application from start to finish. We would like to remind you that, as of January 2, 2025, we will no longer be handling requests sent to pe.releaseall@one-line.com. Please be sure to use our updated channels so that we can best assist you.
