Notice of LCF Surcharge – ONE Peru

ONE Customer,

We cordially greet you and through this communication we want to inform you that as of October 1st - 2024, the Late Cancellation Fee (LCF) surcharge will be established.

Considering the beginning of the peak season, where the demand and use of spaces is much greater, in order to provide you with a more efficient service, we would appreciate you considering the following:

By generating a booking you are accepting the service agreement, with the security of shipping with the agreed HS Code and to the requested destination. Modifications will not be accepted for:

• HS Code
• Destination
• Transfer to another Freight Forwarder to an already generated booking
• Shipper
• Container type If you require

ROLL OVER or CANCELLATION to a space already requested and confirmed, you will be subject to the CANCELLATION FEE (LCF), this because the following vessels are already at their maximum capacity.

The amounts to be applied from October 1st are:

USD 50 x cntr + IGV from the submission of the booking until the vessel closing date informed by our Customer Service Department in our communications.
USD 100 x Cntr + IGV after vessel closure reported by Customer Service.
Costs applicable to any type of container.

In case of roll over:

For destinations in the USA and PUERTO RICO, the payment will be made via our maritime agent Mercator. For the rest of destinations, the charge can be included in the B/L or request the charge via our maritime agent Mercator.

In case of cancellation:

All collection is made via our maritime agent Mercator.
