ONE MEXICO PROCESS - UPDATE ON THE RELEASE REQUEST PROCESS FOR EXPORT SHIPMENTS
ONE Customer,
To ensure the automatic release of export shipments, please remember that all requests must be submitted in English through ONE e-Commerce, taking the following points into consideration.
Before the vessel's departure, please make sure to:
- Shipping Instructions: Indicate in the Shipping Instructions whether the shipment will be issued as an Original Bill of Lading or a Sea Waybill (SWB). For Original Bills of Lading to be released at destination, please include the corresponding details in the Remarks field.
- Discrepancies: Resolve any discrepancies related to the Shipping Instructions.
Payment Validation:
- Applies to prepaid shipments. Customers with a credit line are not required to complete this validation.
- If you do not receive the automatic payment confirmation, please contact: [email protected].
