ONE MEXICO PROCESS - UPDATE ON THE RELEASE REQUEST PROCESS FOR EXPORT SHIPMENTS

ONE Customer,

In order to enhance the effectiveness of our automated release process, all release requests sent to us must now be submitted in ENGLISH. We would also like to remind you of the criteria that must be considered prior to vessel departure, which will be reinforced in the coming weeks for all your shipments:

  1. Customers must complete payment for their shipment before vessel departure; this validation does not apply to customers with credit terms. Payment confirmation is processed automatically. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact our Finance Department at: [email protected]
  2. Customers must resolve any discrepancies notified after submitting their Shipping Instructions, such as missing information required for transmission, discrepancies in container volume, and/or port of loading and discharge details.
  3. Customers must always request release before vessel departure:
    1. Through Shipping Instructions submission in ONE e-Commerce, where SWB or Original BL options are available. For Original BL requests, please include details (Original at Origin or Destination) in the REMARKS section.
    2. By sending a confirmation email to the Offshore team, including BL approval and release instructions in English to: [email protected]

Please note that certain countries, due to local authority regulations, only allow release issuance as Original BLs. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the following list of countries where Sea WayBill release is not permitted and submitting your request accordingly: Nigeria, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

IMPORTANT: Requests submitted after vessel departure must be limited to a maximum of 5 BLs (Bills of Lading) per request through the WEB Form and must be submitted in ENGLISH. Confirmed payment is mandatory. Through this tool, one of our expert agents will assign a case number, which will be handled by our responsible executives within the next 2 business hours.
