ONE’S NEW OFFICE IN GUATEMALA IN EARLY 2024

ONE Customer,

We are pleased to share with you the upcoming opening of ONE's new Latin American office in Guatemala, Central America, foreseen for the beginning of 2024. Ocean Network Express (Guatemala) will be a partnership between ONE and Transmares International. 

The significant cargo volume and the country’s high-potential economy were essential aspects for ONE’s LATAM expansion with ONE Guatemala joining.  ONE currently has four services calling Guatemala on a weekly basis. From the Caribbean, attending CX2 ONE service in Puerto Barrios and CX5 ONE service in Santo Tomas de Castilla. From the Pacific side, ALX3 and MAREX services from Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala's largest Pacific Ocean port.

ONE activities in Guatemala will remain being well performed, as usual, by our named agent Transmares until the official launching of the new office. Following the transition, the Transmares employees working nowadays to attend ONE customers in Guatemala, will be transferred to the new ONE Guatemala office, bringing with them a wealth of experience, knowledge and strengthened business relationships.

We take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all Transmares Team for their commitment and contributions to Ocean Network Express over the past years, as well as, the future partnership, and also for their continued support as we prepare the launching of the new ONE Guatemala office.
