Please kindly be advised that changes have been made to the following ONE surcharge. They will be applicable to/from South Africa across all trade lanes and services and will be valid till further notice.

This is an update to inform you that transshipment cargo discharged at the Manzanillo CTC in Mexico continues to experience significant delays due to ongoing port congestion. 

Following our previous updates regarding the situation in Venezuela, Ocean Network Express (ONE) has been continuously monitoring infrastructure conditions and local port authorizations alongside our regional teams.

In light of the severe infrastructure damage and ongoing rescue operations following the earthquakes, ONE is taking immediate steps to safeguard our personnel, vessels, and customers’ cargo. 

To ensure the automatic release of export shipments, please remember that all requests must be submitted in English through ONE e-Commerce, taking the following points into consideration.
