To optimize our network and bolster operational efficiency, the AL5 service will undergo a structural adjustment to its German port coverage, transitioning operations from Hamburg to Bremerhaven. 

We would like to inform you of a regulatory and operational requirement from Brazilian Customs (Receita Federal do Brasil – RFB) for all cargo bound for or in transit through the country. To ensure compliance with customs regulations and terminal systems, a full 8-digit HS Code (NCM) is mandatory.

To ensure a smooth cargo release process, avoid delays, and prevent operational fines from the Line or Customs, please take note of the updated requirements and procedures for the Arrival Notice in Costa Rica.

In order to optimize your import operations into Mexico and efficiently coordinate the release and revalidation process for your cargo, we hereby share the following operational guidelines containing the mandatory requirements for each stage.

Following our previous updates on the situation in Venezuela, Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to announce that we are resuming calls at the Port of La Guaira, in line with the gradual resumption of local port operations.

Please kindly be advised that changes have been made to the following ONE surcharge. They will be applicable to/from South Africa across all trade lanes and services and will be valid till further notice.
